The HPB4³ Horizontal Boring Machine was produced by Cranfield Precision for Cinetic Landis Ltd to fill a gap in the market. A Horizontal Boring Machine was required but no machines on the market were available with the required work volume capacity, level of precision and price.
The HPB4³ Horizontal Boring Machine is a multi purpose precision machine capable of milling, drilling, reaming, facing and boring in one set up. It features a temperature controlled enclosure, hydrostatic oil and tool coolant giving supreme machining accuracy.
